Elisabeth stood there as she was watching him, as she tilted her head a bit, not sure what he was doing..

Elisabeth: What are you doing?

She asked as he was in the ring, he had wanted to help her train for her match, and wanted to spar with her, but he was hopping all over the place with his arms out... It was all rather amusing..

Elisabeth: Oh, don't do that like that.. you're going to hurt yourself.

She said knowing how he was moving and standing he was going to hurt his back...

She moved a bit so she could show him his stance better, moving him a bit as her hand went on his back to straighten him out. 

Elisabeth: Don't twist your back when you stand like that..  and when you bend your knees, do not do it at an angle.  Or you'll do damage there.

She said helping him stand right as she nodded when he had it right.

Elisabeth: Much better.

She looked at him when he said that.. She worked a lot more than what they did today, and she was a lot rougher, but she knew that he was new to it, and was wanting to help out a bit, and try to see what she did.

She said as they left.  She put the gear in the trunk as he held the door as she got in, as he then walked around, and soon they were off driving home.  Once home, she got the gear and carried in it, so it could be cleaned up and used tomorrow
