"The family is Catholic. Most don't follow that old rule now that the church has lightened up on premarital sex. I will admit that Charity and I were together before we were married, but we were already engaged at the time."

He thought about Kyle. He knew that him and Hannah had already been together.

"Thank you both for waiting."

He kissed Selena's cheek.

"There are new toothbrushes in the bathroom for the two of you. Clean towels are in the hall closet."

Hannah was sitting outside with Kyle, he had called her when he got back and asked her to come over, as he was filling her in on what was going on as she sat there a bit.

Hannah: Wow, I'm sorry, to hear that. 

She said feeling bad for him, knowing it had to be tough on him.

"It's cool that I have another sister and all, but our mom killed her mom. Why would she give this woman her baby then turn around and kill her a few years later? It doesn't make any sense."

"The only one we know about now is about Selena. If that was the secret, then she was too late and killed the woman for no reason."

He thought about his dad and sighed.

He kissed her softly. He took her hands and pulled her to her feet. He walked with her to the treehouse and let her climb the ladder first. 

Once he was with her he slid his arms around her and kissed her deeply.

Sydnee had been hiding in the tree house. She had hoped to wait until it was dark and everybody was in bed then make her get-a-way. She hadn't expected her son and his girlfriend to come into the tree house for some "private" time.

"Typical male. Still thinking about sex, even after a bad day."

She looked at a surprised Hannah.

"He may be my son and all, but I suggest you run away as fast as you can. All the Grangers are poison. You'll live to regret being involved with them in the end."

Hannah didn't move as she stood there looking at Kyle's mother , as Kyle couldn't move as he was just standing there.

Hannah: The only poisen here is you.

She said as she wasn't about to leave Kyle there, but yelled out for David as she had no other way out, and was blocked in, when Sydnee went to push past her, Hannah's farming life came in handy as Hannah easily pushed her back and took her down... She held her down as she looked at Kyle.. 

Hannah: Get your dad!

She yelled as he nodded and in a moment David was there, as soon the police where there as well.

She said as they got permission first before they went out to her jeep and started to be riding around, knowing it was a good way to clear his head and get away a bit.

She could understand that as she was thinking about it, she rubbed his leg a bit , giving him support as she drove around the country roads a bit, giving him time to get his mind off things, stopping to his favorite spot as they got a few soda pops, and then were off once again..

She nodded as she went heading to the cave she spent a lot of time growing up in when she lived with her grandfather.

Hannah: Alright. 

She said after a bit of a drive they got there, they got out and walked the trail a bit then got to the cave as she smiled looking around some as she found the lil lights she had hung , glad they still worked as everything looked good and pretty much the same..

After jumping around between the family members, Hannah finally landed at Colin's door. He loved having her around so he couldn't be more happy. He had even managed to get permanent guardianship of her since her dad wasn't around.

She paused a moment. 

Hannah: I'm going to study.. 

She was about to leave when she heard what she thought was gun shots outside, as Colin made her get down, as he grabbed his shot gun, and looked out, he saw a woman running onto his property and a man chasing her and shooting at her... It was a dart gun but at the time they didn't know, as soon as he saw the woman go down from being hit, Colin ran out fighting his, scaring the other guy off..

Colin brought the woman inside as Hannah called the police. He didn't want to risk leaving her out there with the man still out there.

Not how Amari had wanted to spend her vacation, running for her life.  She was just wanting a break from the fast life, but ended up running faster than she ever had but it hadn't been fast enough, now she was out cold, being taken to the hospital..

Colin went to the hospital with her feeling that Hannah was safe with her father. He wanted to make sure that the woman he saved was going to be okay.

He waited in the waiting room at the hospital while she was with the doctor.

It was a few hours later when Bryan came out letting him know that the woman was going to be alright, but there wasn't much known about her , and she hadn't woken up yet, as the police where there now getting the story to what had happened..

Amari was looking around the room a bit, she wasn't feeling too bad now as she was starting to feel better, as she looked out the window a bit , smiling when she saw the horses running there.

Amari Rose: Oh, nice.

She said as she didn't really know anything about the people she was with, but the doctor at the hospital, seemed to really trust them.  ..

Once the soup was finished he took a bowl upstairs to her.

"My family's farm. My great grandparents originally owned it. Now my brother does. I stay here and take care of it while he's taking care of our father."

He went into the adjoining bathroom and checked to make sure she had clean towels and everything else she would need.

She smiled warmly nodding as she watched him get up and go, as she ate a bit, she sat for awhile, then got up testing herself a bit as she walked around... She then made her way down stairs, and outside as she was standing out on the porch..

Amari smiled warmly as she looked at him, 

||Amari Rose||- Sweet dreams to you, as well. 

She said as she went into her room, getting ready for bed... She crawled into bed feeling pretty tired after the busy day she had... 

In the morning she was up bright and early she had seen the others start chores so looked around the kitchen a bit, as she pulled out a few things and made a nice breakfast for them, she heard Hannah come in and say something smells wonderful as the men came in. 

||Amari Rose||- Morning, thought you guys could use some breakfast. 

They all smiled happily as they went cleaning up first, as she was setting the table and putting the food there. 

||Amari Rose||- I hope pancakes, eggs and bacon are okay.

She said as she went with what they had, as Hannah was nodding and smiling happily, as she was glad she could make them happy..

Colin looked around the table and smiled. He liked seeing his niece so happy because her father was there. He liked seeing Amari there and alive.

"Amari and I are going to run into town today. Pick up her things and the usual supplies. Does anybody need anything special?"

He was mostly directing the question to his nephew, but would pick up something for Hannah or Amari if they needed something.

Once they were done eating, they cleaned up and then got ready as soon they were heading into town.  They went to her hotel room first as she went talking to Nicole as she had heard what happened as she then went up to her room, as he went with her as she went into the room.

Amari Rose: I won't be long. 

She said as he sat down on the bed as she went taking her things out of the bathroom, and putting them in her bag, and then taking the few things she had out and putting them away..
