Ryan put the new membership form in the stack to be turned into Michael after cloing. He looked at the new member and smiled.

Enya stood there as she was looking around a bit she was new to the area, a bit on the shy side, but was wanting to get out a bit and have a life and she knew she wouldn't even be on the beach in swim suit until she was inshape a bit more as she then nodded.

He pulled out the schedule book looking through it.  He saw that everybody was booked up for the next few weeks except him.

Ryan: I'm the only trainer with any openings.  Do you have any objections to working with me?

Ryan: My niece should be back from lunch any time now.  As soon as she is back we'll get to work.  The locker room is down the hall  and on the right if you would like to change.

He led her over to one of the mats and had her lay down.

Ryan: We'll start with some warm up and stretches then we'll work the circuit.

She nodded as she did the streches that he told her.. She was glad she was active in yoga, he really hd her bending in different possions but was doing them easily enough.

Once he had her stretched he put her on the treadmill for a few minutes.

Ryan: Once you reach the target heart rate we'll start the circuit machines.  Make sure you keep your finger on that little spot on the handle.  It'll check your heart rate.

Once her heart rate reached where he wanted it, he turned off the treadmill and led her to the circuit machine.  He put her on the first one and showed her how she was supposed to move her arms on it.

Enya looked at him paying attention a bit as she thens tarted to to do it on her own with out help or anything, as she was doing it for a bit,
